Base Salary$4,000 per week/ paid weekly PER contract
Incentive PayUp to 15% of base salary/ paid end of contract- see contract rules

Housing / Car Stipend (a)$2,000 per month
Health Insurance Allowance (a)$500 per month
One-Time Moving Reimbursement (b)$12,000
